Engine Sales Representative

Employee Type: Full-Time (Exempt)

Required Education: Training in some aspect of General Aviation (Pilot, Mechanic, Work experience with another company in General Aviation)

Receives requests for quotations, orders and lead times from customers both domestic and
international. Responsible for generating revenue by identifying and establishing new account
relationships. Understanding and interpreting customer requirements, soliciting and securing orders. Introducing new product offerings to established accounts.

  • Receives telephone/fax/e-mail requests for quotations from prospective and existing customers
  • Promotes and sells company products and services
  • Provides customers with accurate product and service information
  • Meet sales goals and objectives
  • Responsible for obtaining/submitting accurate and completed orders timely
  • Responsible for accurately reporting and documenting all contacts, and engaging in proper and timely follow-up with prospective clients.
  • Writes orders and relays pertinent order information to the customer
  • Responsible for maintaining good customer relations
  • Ability to build, manage and maintain strong business relationships
  • Will grow customer relationship through selling and diagnosing needs
  • Follow-up on prospects and qualifying leads
  • Responds to customer requests and questions regarding service, products and account information
  • Analyzes and rectifies customer concerns using established procedures
  • Keep manager (s) informed as to any problem regarding production, work quality, attendance or interpretation and implementation of company policies
  • Additional responsibilities as requested or required
