Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our Parts Department. This full-time position plays a crucial role in supporting our sales team by ensuring efficient management of parts orders and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor available stock to manage and clear back orders effectively.
• Keep customers informed about lead time changes and updates on their orders.
• Assist inside sales representatives with quotes and order fulfillment.
• Process web orders promptly and accurately.
• Handle customer payments and manage transactions efficiently.
• Monitor customer credit limits and account activity to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the parts ordering process.

• Effective Back Order Management: Efficiently tracking and clearing back orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Clear Communication: Keeping customers well-informed about lead time changes and order status updates.
• Accurate Order Processing: Assisting with quotes, fulfilling orders, and processing web orders with precision.
• Seamless Payment and Account Management: Handling payments and monitoring customer credit limits and account activity effectively.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Delivering high-quality support and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Basic Requirements:

• Experience in parts or sales support, preferably in the aviation industry.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and web order processing.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
