Sales Representative

As a Multimedia Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving advertising sales revenue by promoting and selling advertising space or services to clients. Your primary objective will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their advertising needs, and provide effective advertising solutions to meet their objectives. You will work closely with internal teams to develop advertising strategies, create compelling proposals, and ensure successful campaign execution. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, along with an understanding of the advertising industry and market trends.

  • Identify and prospect potential clients for advertising sales, including businesses, agencies, and organizations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their advertising objectives and providing tailored advertising solutions.
  • Conduct research and analyze market trends to identify potential advertising opportunities and stay updated on industry developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, creative, and operations, to develop effective advertising strategies and proposals.
  • Present and pitch advertising solutions to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of advertising with the company.
  • Negotiate advertising rates and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet client objectives and maximize revenue.
  • Monitor and track advertising campaigns, providing clients with regular updates, performance reports, and optimization recommendations.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about competitors' advertising activities, pricing, and strategies, adapting sales approaches accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and sales manager to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall team success.


  • Experience in advertising sales or a related field
